Video analysis is an invaluable tool for helping you develop your proprioception.
In the Endless Pool we use specialist video equipment to analyse your stroke with tips recorded and downloaded on to your USB stick for you to review and study at your leisure.
Workshops also involve detailed video analysis of your stroke from above and under the water at the beginning and end of each pool session. We use state of the art software to analyse elements of your stroke and we review this together and the analysis is emailed to you after the session for you to review.

We will require you to then upload a video, which can be taken with a mobile phone or a specific underwater camera. You will receive your video annotated analysis within 5 days of submitting your video.
